Website statistics: the most common questions
Do I need to understand statistics?
No. The dashboard only shows what matters, and every report includes a plain-language summary: what changed and what to do next.
My website wasn’t built by In Digi. Does it work?
Yes. We install Pulse on WordPress, Shopify, Wix or custom websites, usually in 10 minutes.
Do I need a cookie banner for this?
No. Pulse uses no cookies, stores no data that identifies visitors and shares nothing with Google or ad networks.
How do I pay and cancel?
By card, monthly, with a VAT invoice. Cancel whenever you like from your billing page; access stays active until the end of the paid month.
What happens if a payment fails?
The dashboard and reports are paused until the card is updated. Everything comes back as soon as the payment goes through, with no history lost.
How is it different from Google Analytics?
Google Analytics is free but complex and requires cookie consent. Pulse is built for business owners: it counts the contacts your website generates and explains the numbers for you.
